Registration and Purchase:
To register or purchase any service and products from Mindbody Wellness Centre, you must be over 18 years of age and must ensure that the details provided by you upon registration/purchase are correct and complete.

Payment for Products or Services:
All credit cards will be processed in Canadian dollar at the time of payment. Mindbody Wellness Centre is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates or additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or credit card companies.

Return/Refund Policy:
All Mindbody service packages, memberships, retail products, and gift certificates, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.

The client also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Mindbody Wellness Centre, and acknowledges that these rules and regulations may change from time to time.
Furthermore, all clients release Mindbody Wellness Centre, its owners, directors, managers and all employees from all liability regarding 1) any injury to self or child 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

You can purchase our gift cards both online and in our clinic.
When purchasing online, you will receive an e-gift card which you can replace with a physical card once you visit our clinic for your appointment with no additional cost.

Mindbody Wellness Centre’s gift cards are reloadable, allowing the owner to add funds to it as needed.

Our gift cards do not expire unless the owner has been inactive for a period of approximately two years.

To avoid issues with varying claim amounts, we highly suggest that clients pay the clinic upfront when using their summer sale credits. The clinic will assist in submitting their insurance claims that will be payable to the client.

Similar to purchasing our services, we accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, and cash.

Our e-gift card, or electronic gift card, is typically delivered via email and can be redeemed in-store whenever you visit for your appointment. It's convenient for ease of purchase, immediate delivery and prevention of loss.

When you purchase our summer sale gift card worth $500, you will receive extra $50 on client account for a total of $550 redeemable credit.

If your gift card is lost or stolen, you should contact our clinic as soon as possible via phone or email. Our Wellness Advisors will issue a replacement e-gift card number and transfer your balance from the lost or stolen card.
If you require a physical replacement for your lost or stolen gift card, please note that a fee will be charged for issuing a new physical card. This fee helps us cover the cost of producing our gift cards.
