Mindbody Wellness Centre will not be responsible for any claims, losses, injuries, penalties, damages, costs, or expenses due to your use or inability to use the Mindbody’s website or its content, or when you take an action or fail to take an action as a result of using the website or its content. Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
Competitions, Prize Draws and Promotions
At times, Mindbody Wellness Centre may hold contests or prize draws on its own, for third parties, or in cooperation with business associates. Additional guidelines and restrictions, which will be disclosed at the time of any such competition, will apply to these.
Mindbody Wellness Centre has the right to add to or modify these Terms or the Privacy Policy, as well as to make changes to any portion of the Mindbody website. It is your duty to refer to the Terms anytime you enter our website. You accept to be legally bound by the Terms and the Privacy Policy, as updated or modified from time to time, each time you access the Mindbody Wellness Centre’s website.
By using the website and online services provided by Mindbody Wellness Centre, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms, as well as any access or use of the website, will be governed by and interpreted in conformity with the laws of the Province of Ontario. Without respect to any conflict of law rules, the laws of the Province of Ontario shall govern any claim relating to the Mindbody Wellness Centre website.
